Terms & Conditions of Use

By booking and using Emma's Dog Exercise & Agility Park, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Use of the Park

  • The park is available for the exercise, training, and recreation of dogs under the supervision of their owners or handlers.

  • All dogs must remain under control and on a leash at all times out with the secure car park and dog park.

  • Dogs must never be left unattended.

  • Bookings are non-transferable unless agreed in advance.

2. Dog Health & Welfare

  • All dogs must be up to date with vaccinations, worming, and flea treatments.

  • Dogs showing signs of illness, including vomiting, diarrhoea, kennel cough, or lethargy, must not enter the park.

  • Owners are responsible for ensuring their dogs are fit and healthy before visiting.

3. Park Rules

  • Please pick up after your dog and place it in the dog waste bins that are provided.

  • Dogs must not be allowed to dig holes or damage the grounds.

  • Please respect all equipment, fencing, gates, and facilities.

  • Dogs must not be tethered to any fences, gates, posts, or equipment.

  • No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere on site.

  • No climbing over the fence to receive balls, frisbees, etc. Please use the step equipment provided if you need to enter the neighboring field.

4. Agility Equipment

  • All agility equipment is used entirely at your own risk.

  • Equipment is designed for dogs only and must not be used by adults or children.

  • Owners are responsible for assessing whether equipment is suitable for their dog.

5. Arrival & Departure

  • Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your booking.

  • Please allow at least 5 minutes at the end of your booking to clean up any waste and give yourself time to leave the car park before the next booking begins.

  • Remain in your vehicle until the previous user has left and secured their dog.

  • Dogs must remain under control when entering and leaving the park.

  • Please leave promptly at the end of your session to allow the next booking to begin on time.

  • Access codes must not be shared with anyone.

6. Children & Visitors

  • Children under 16 must be supervised at all times.

  • A maximum of 4 people may attend each booking unless agreed otherwise.

7. Liability

  • Use of Emma's Dog Exercise & Agility Park and car park is entirely at your own risk.

  • While every effort is made to maintain a safe and secure environment, visitors accept responsibility for themselves, their dogs, and any guests attending with them.

  • Emma's Dog Exercise & Agility Park accepts no liability for injury, illness, loss, damage, or death suffered by any person, dog, vehicle, or property whilst using the facilities.

8. Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Bookings may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

  • Missed appointments and cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse bookings at our discretion.

9. Data Protection

  • Personal information supplied during booking will only be used for booking administration, communication, and site access.

  • Your information will never be shared with third parties without your consent unless required by law.

10. Changes to Terms

Emma's Dog Exercise & Agility Park reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the facilities constitutes acceptance of any updated terms. Any violation of these terms and conditions may lead to your use of the facility being revoked.
